Our favorite springtime tradition has become Easter Brunch at Natalie's. Year after year, our friends and neighbors congregate at Natalie's to be pampered, and to enjoy each other's company. As always, Natalie's acclaimed chef Chris Long will concoct an enticing Easter brunch. Our A La Carte Easter Menu has so much to choose from, it's hard to know where to start. How about Caldwell Beef Tartar with Red Curry, Crispy Shallots and Chives for starters. Move on to Greens with Creamy Sherry Vinaigrette, Pecorino and Sourdough; Maine Oysters on the Half Shell; and Lobster Bisque with Squash, Pepita and Vadouvan Brown Butter. And there's more: Roasted Banana Pancake with Rum Maple; Crab Benedict with Nasturtium Hollandaise; Bacon Cheddar Burger with Bowden Farm Fried Egg; Grilled Asparagus and Roasted Mushroom Hash with Poached Eggs; Caramel Pudding with Fredrikson Farm Goat Milk and Squash Cake; Bourbon Ginger Ice Cream Float; and top it off with Smores Tart.
