MISO-MAKING at the Ecology Learning Center. In this workshop, Mika & Nicholas Repenning of go-en fermented foods, will cover the history of miso, the potential health benefits, and how to introduce it into your life and daily cooking. We hope to help you think outside of the box and expand your world beyond the miso soup some of you might be familiar with. A light miso snack will be made available to further enhance your experience and allow for a better understanding of this traditional Japanese seasoning.
